Product Overview

The SL-SBZB100D series comprises automatic folding and enveloping machines engineered for the packaging of chocolates, biscuits, candies, butter portions, and similar products. Specifically optimized for large bars, it handles lengths from 80 to 200mm at a production speed of 60-90 pieces per minute. Its versatile design also accommodates the wrapping of other rectangular items such as bar soap, desiccant blocks, and paint bars.

To support flexible packaging solutions, optional configurations include label-attachment wrapping and double-layer wrapping capabilities.

Available Packaging Configurations:

  • Single-layer wrap using plain foil or a foil/paper laminate, without adhesive.

  • Inner foil or foil/paper wrap, combined with a glued paper outer band.

  • Inner foil or foil/paper wrap, fully enclosed by a glued paper outer envelope.

  • Inner layer of heat-sealed aluminum foil film, paired with an outer wrap of paper or a pre-cut paper box.
